Oppo has confirmed via its official Weibo page that the brand will unveil their first In-Display Selfie Camera phone at the event of Shanghai MWC, which will happen from June 26 to June 29. We don’t know what the Oppo will call that unnamed device, but analysts suggested it could be from the new product line Oppo Reno. Some other resources told the Oppo’s first UD selfie camera smartphone will debut on June 26; therefore, we also expect to see that unknown flagship device on the first day of China’s MWC inside.

Once before Oppo has teased a similar smartphone, where at the moment tipsters and familiar people claimed the Oppo’s UD Selfie phone to be the world’s first phone which needs no punched hole, notch, chin, or sliding front camera setup but it to have a hidden Selfie Camera. Speculations are the smartphone said by Oppo is the same as teased earlier, and the rumors pointing toward an Edge-to-Edge Full Display smartphone which possess an under-screen selfie lens, working as a spy cam.

We have seen many under-screen selfie camera phones, but they use to adopt punch hole design or tiny notch, we also got a device with infinity display and pop-up camera style, but it would be of its first kind technology that placed the under-display without leaving any symbol on display like notch or hole, or even when we are not talking about sliding pop-up design.
Don’t expect much as they are rumors, wait for the official launch of the upcoming Oppo smartphone, which the Oppo set to announce at MWC, from June 26 to 29.
