Face ID for Apple iPhone X cannot approve family app purchases

Users are frustrated because Apple iPhone X doesn’t allow them to use Face ID in order to approve their Childs' iOS purchases and downloads. It means Face ID is not available for “Ask to Buy” feature for family. Instead this, you need to enter your complete Apple security password for each app purchase. As you know that an authentication password is always complex and long so it is how difficult to enter your entire password for each individual purchase of Apple Store in holidays.

The iPhone X owners are slightly disappointed because the previous Touch ID supports “Ask to Buy” feature for family purchases and it gave comfort users to make use of Touch ID instead entering their complex Apple password while the latest Face ID has lost this quality.

Many users reported this problem on Apple support forum but the Company has not published anything about it. Apple, in a statement, said “Face ID is most likely to be fooled by a close family member who bears a strong physical resemblance to the face data stored on the device, and we've already seen some alleged examples of Face ID on a parent's phone getting fooled by that parent's child.”

So, we suggest that the security reason causes to make Face ID unavailable for family purchases. It is still mystery that what will be done by the Apple to solve this issue. Stay tuned to know more.
