Today (16-Jan-21), Samsung Galaxy M62 has received certification through FCC. It confirms that the phone will have a massive battery. The smartphone was recently reported to be a tablet, but the documentation on FCC mentions that this is a mobile phone. Samsung Galaxy M62 is also reported to have a large display, and a recent leak reveals that it may arrive with 256GB of internal storage.

Connectivity options are reported to include a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The documentation also reveals model number SM-E625F/DS. This model is said to be called Samsung Galaxy E62, hinting that the handset may be called with different names in different markets. Further, the ‘DS' in this model number stands for dual-SIM support. The FCC listing also shows the Samsung Galaxy M62 will arrive with 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, and NFC support. Samsung Galaxy M62 is expected to be the successor of Samsung Galaxy M51 (which was launched in August last year) and is expected to unveil sometime this year.
