Tomorrow, Nubia will be launching the SD865+ powered Red Magic 5S gaming phone. Recent reports have revealed that Xiaomi will also launch the Black Shark 3S. Today (27-July), the Chinese firm took Weibo to confirm that it will be holding a launch event for the Black Shark 3S on July 31.

Black Shark 3s Specs Detail in Austria
On July 22, Black Shark CEO Luo Yuzhou released a cryptic post on Weibo that hinted that the company could be soon launching a new gaming phone. Interestingly, Yuzhou had used the unannounced Black Shark 3S to publish the Weibo post. The post released by the company today shows that the Black Shark 3S will be announced at 3 PM. Earlier this year, Xiaomi had unveiled the Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro gaming phones. The latter had arrived with a big display of 7.1 inches, while the former featured a 6.67-inch display. The Black Shark 3S will be an upgraded version of the Black Shark 3 and its major highlight will be the inclusion of the Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC. It remains to be seen what other improvements will be made available on the Black Shark 3S. It is speculated that the Black Shark 3S will have an AMOLED screen with support for higher refresh rate, stereo speakers, and support for 65W fast charging. Hopefully, the Chinese firm will share more information on the device in the coming days.
