Vivo S1 Prime comes with 48MP quad-camera setup and SDM 665

Chinese tech giant, Vivo has officially launched its new mid-range smartphone – Vivo S1 Prime in Myanmar. Design-wise, Vivo S1 Prime looks almost identical to the Vivo S1 Pro which was launched back in November 2019. The phone costs 38,9800 Myanmar Kyat (USD 284) and comes in Nebula Blue and Jade Black colors. The key highlights of the phone include SDM 665 SoC, AMOLED display with a fingerprint sensor, and a quad-camera setup.

The Vivo S1 Prime features a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels). The display has a traditional, U-shaped punch-hole at the top that houses a 16MP (f/2.0 aperture) selfie camera. On the back panel, the device has a quad-camera setup, with a 48MP primary camera. The second camera at the rear is an 8MP ultrawide sensor with a 120-degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture. There are two other 2MP sensors with f/2.2 apertures. Powering the Vivo S1 Prime is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC. The device comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone runs on the Android 9 operating system with Funtouch OS 9.2 customization. The Vivo S1 Prime packs a 4500mAh battery (with 18W fast charging support) that can be charged through a USB Type-C port. Speaking of connectivity, the Vivo S1 Prime has dual-SIM support, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, and GPS.
