Android 8.1 and Android Oreo (Go Edition) launched officially

Today, November 6, Google released new Android 8.1 which is the improved version of the 8.0 (Oreo) so it has come up with more bug fixes and features. After a short interval, the update for the new OS will be roll out. Below we mentioned new highlight features of Android 8.1,

1. Neural Networks API: - If your smartphone have its own AI chip then the API will share the processor load and help you to improve performance.

2. Safer Browsing: - It will help you to prevent bad URLs.

3. Pixel Visual Core: - It is developed for machine learning devices and to improve image quality.

4. Apps are limited to one notification alert.

5. Android 8.1 has fixes for hamburger, beer emojis, and Pixel 2/2 XL audio distortion. It also brings fixes for Nexus 5 not playing audio.

6. The updated OS supports Colors menu (added to display tab) for Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. Colors menu has three options – Saturated, Boosted and Natural.

7. The fingerprint sensor security has enhanced as well. It will permanently block the fingerprint of anonymous if he tries to attempt device multiple times.

8. AutoFill setting improved to assist you when you want to log in an account.

9. Bluetooth Battery Indicator is added in Quick setting to check the battery usage by the connected devices.

The Go Edition of Oreo will provide its user more RAM space. It has smaller size apps.
