According to the company, the upcoming OnePlus 9 series will have an LTPO screen that has passed DisplayMate A+ certification. The OnePlus official also confirms that the smartphone will support a true 10bit 2K+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and up to 8192-level of brightness adjustment along with automatic color temperature sensing. Furthermore, the report revealed that the smartphone display would be the first batch of LTPO flexible displays.

Compared with the LTPS technology, LTPO has the advantages of higher charge mobility and faster pixel response, which makes the screen’s response faster and reduces the power consumption.
