Xiaomi unveils Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra, and Mi 11 Lite smartphones

As scheduled, Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi 11 Pro, Mi 11 Ultra, and Mi 11 Lite smartphones at a Mega launch event in China. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is a premium flagship that comes with a 120Hz OLED display, Snapdragon 888 chipset, 67W wireless charging support, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It also has a short secondary display on the back that can show notifications, mirrors the main display, among others. The Mi 11 Pro also has a Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 20MP front camera. On the other hand, the Mi 11 Lite is a mid-range offering with a 90Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 780 SoC, 64MP primary camera, and 33W fast-charging.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra flaunts a 6.81-inch QHD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED display with 3200×1440 pixels resolution, a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, 480Hz touch sampling rate, quad-curve panel, and 100 percent DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The handset runs MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11 OS. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS (L1 + L5), NFC, and USB Type-C. There is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W wired fast-charging and 67W wireless charging. Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro features a 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, 3,200 X 1,400 pixels resolution, and 1700nits brightness. It is fueled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. On the back side, the Mi 11 Pro has triple cameras arranged in a square module at the back, with a 50MP Samsung GN2 primary sensor with f/1.95 aperture. Other features of the phone include an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 20MP front camera, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

The Mi 11 Lite, on the other side, houses a 6.55-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2,400 x 1,080 pixels resolution, punch-hole cutout at the top-left corner, and 90Hz refresh rate. The 5G-capable phone arrives with Snapdragon 780G SoC and Adreno 642 GPU. The chipset is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It runs on Android 11-based MIUI custom skin. The Mi 11 Lite 4G has a Snapdragon 732G SoC. There is a 4,250mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. On the front panel, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite has a triple-camera setup that includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP macro shooter.
