ZTE Axon 30 series is coming on April 15

ZTE has been teasing the arrival of the Axon 30 series for a couple of weeks. Today (6-Apr-21), the Chinese phone maker has announced that the upcoming Axon 30 series will be made official on April 15 in China. The series will have three devices, namely, Axon 30, Axon 30 Pro, and Axon 30 Pro+.

The poster released by the brand today gives a look at the back panel of the Axon 30 smartphone. It will have a rectangle-shaped camera island with four cameras and an LED flash. A closer look at the camera housing reveals that it has a periscope zoom lens.

Recent reports have revealed that the Axon 30 Pro will come with a 6.92-inch OLED screen, which is integrated with the second-generation under-display camera technology. The display is expected to deliver 10-bit colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The handset will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, and it will have a 4,500mAh battery with 55W or 65W fast charging support. The chipset will be paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It may feature a 44MP camera for capturing selfies. The phone is also expected to offer users other features like MyOS based Android 11 OS, dual speakers, and linear motor.
