OPPO F15 unveiled with 48MP quad rear camera setup and in-screen fingerprint sensor

OPPO launched OPPO F15 with a 48MP quad-camera setup and MediaTek Helio P70 Chipset. OPPO F15 is a rebranded version of OPPO A91, which was announced in December 2019 in China. The Indian users will buy this device on January 24 from Amazon India and Flipkart. The OPPO F15’s 6.4 inches display has a water-drop notch for the front-facing camera and provides a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. According to the OPPO, the phone can offer a 90.7 percent screen-to-body ratio, and the TUV Rheinland approved screen can filter harmful blue rays, and it also carries support for DC dimming. It is fueled by a 2.1GHz Helio P70 octa-core processor and coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The ColorOS 6.1 flavored Android 9 Pie OS is pre-installed in the device, and for optimized gaming performance, the F15 has Game Boost 2.0. The smartphone draws power from the 4,025mAh battery that supports VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology, and its 20W rapid charging technology can charge the phone’s 50 percent battery only in 30 minutes. There is a 16MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for selfie experience. The vertically shaped quad rear camera setup houses a 48MP primary sensor, a 119-degree 8MP ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor.
