Archos Diamond 2019 goes official with In-Display FR and Pop-up Camera

Archos has entered in the modern competition of Pop-up Camera smartphones by launching Archos Diamond. It is a nice mid-range handset having good quality specs. Featuring In-Display Fingerprint Sensor, the device ensures innovative but reliable security.

Archos Diamond (2019) unleashes a 6.39inches Full View Display (notch-less), Super AMOLED screen, and 19.5 by 9 aspect ratio. Its FHD+ (1080x2340p) resolution brings sufficient bright views for outdoors. Having a custom user interface, the smartphone runs Android 9.0 (Pie).

The Selfie Camera is 8MP working on motorized slider mechanism. At the opening, the f/2.0 aperture lens can take good-looking selfies and doesn’t hide until user leave camera interface. Looking at the back, there are Dual Cameras, 16MP (f/1.7) wide-angle optics for primary photography plus 5MP depth sensor for blurred pictures.

Archos Diamond gets the power of MediaTek Helio P70 chipset of 10nm Octa-core processor. It is also having the support for LPDDR4X RAM of 4GB in order to boost multitasking and gaming performances. Internal Storage is up to 128GB while the device can add further 128 gigs of external memory via microSD card.

With a 3400mAh non-removable Li-Ion Battery, the Archos Diamond promises a single day of moderate usage. You won’t surprise the Archos smartphone is compatible with 18W Fast Charge and allows Wireless Charging too. USB Type C port is available for reversible connectors.

The Price of Archose Diamond (2019) is $300. The pre-order and sales will start in May and European markets will be the first to get it shipped. The earlier launched Archos Oxygen 68XL with a side-display notch, Oxygen 63, and most affordable Oxygen 57 will be also made available at the same time.
