HTC is rumored to soon launch the HTC Desire 20 Pro mid-range phone. The handset is believed to have an HTC 2Q9J100 model number. The model number was recently spotted at the database of the National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan. It was also found listed at Google Play Console. Ahead of the launch, the HTC Desire 20 Pro has received certifications from Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance platforms.

The Bluetooth SIG only confirms the support for Bluetooth 5.0 on the Desire 20 Pro. The Wi-Fi certification of the phone revealed that it carries support for dual-band Wi-Fi and it is preinstalled with Android 10 OS. The Google Play Console listing of the smartphone had revealed that its display supports 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. It is a mid-range phone powered by Snapdragon 665 chipset. The SoC is coupled with 6 GB of RAM.

The HTC Desire 20 Pro schematics that were first shared by reliable tipster Evan Blass in April revealed that it will be arriving as the company’s first smartphone with a punch-hole screen. The rear shell of the phone has a fingerprint reader and a quad-camera setup assisted by an LED flash. It is likely that HTC will also unveil the Desire 20 vanilla model.
