Samsung reply for the battery issue of Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8+

A few days ago, some owners of Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S8+ reported on Samsung forum that their smartphones were bricked after the batteries were drained completely to 0%. They also said the smartphones could not revive by any method if once Galaxy Note 8 or Galaxy S8 Plus battery is fully drained to 0%. Some users of affected units said that at least we have not experienced the explosion such as the Galaxy Note 7 owners due to failed battery, and later that handset (Note 7) was recalled and discontinued by the Samsung. This is the second time when a Note series smartphone affected by a battery issue which gives Samsung tough time to solve problem.

According to Samsung, the Company needs to get more information to solve this issue. But for now, there is no solution. Samsung replied in statement “Of course, Samsung is taking all reports of this kind seriously, we only received a very small number of customer inquiries that could be linked to charge management, and unfortunately we can only comment on the matter further if we have more detailed information about the affected devices.”

In addition, we have not heard any replacement by Samsung for the owners of affected models, those who paid high prices for Galaxy Note 8 or S8 Plus and lost their favorite devices because of battery charge management.
