Higher is better, so if you are a fan of heavy multi-tasking then you need to get 4GB RAM smartphone, otherwise, the 3GB RAM is much to install and play games smoothly. It depends on your usage, if you play more than two heavy programs simultaneously then the F5 is better but if you run multiple but not much heavy programs then the F5 Youth is very good.
