Honor V6 tablet and Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 announced

Honor today held its Smart Life conference and announced Honor V6 tablet alongside MagicBook Pro 2020 laptop. The HonorMagic Pro 2020 is a 16.1-inch laptop that features a Full HD display with 4.9mm narrow bezels and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. On the other hand, the Honor V6 tablet has a 10.4-inch fullscreen display and Kirin 985 SoC.

Honor MagicBook Pro 2020

The new Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 features a similarly sized 16.1-inch IPS LCD display as the 2019 model. However, the bezels are now reduced to 4.9mm to offer a 90% screen to body ratio. The panel also boasts a 100% sRGB color gamut. Further, the new laptop from Honor comes in two processor configurations – 10th Gen Intel Core i5 and Core i7 respectively paired with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. The notebook also has a dedicated Nvidia GeForce MX350 GPU. The Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 comes with a pop-up web camera placed in the function keys row like high-end Huawei laptops. It also features software tweaks like multi-screen collaboration to mirror and control supported smartphones on the notebook. Users can also share files between them seamlessly just like Apple’s AirDrop. Honor has also included a new performance mode in this laptop, which can be activated via shortcut Function (Fn) key + P. The HonorMagic Pro 2020 will be available for purchase from May 19 from official Honor retail partners like VMall, Jingdong, and more.

Honor V6

The Honor V6 has a large 10.4-inch fullscreen display with 2K resolution and 84 percent screen to body ratio. The rear design of the tablet is said to have been inspired by nature’s Tindal effect. It comes in three color schemes namely; Wizard of OZ, Titanium Sky Silver, and Magic Night Black. The tablet is fueled by a Kirin 985 chipset which ushers in support for 5G connectivity. It also supports WiFi 6+ technology, 160MHz bandwidth, and dynamic narrow-bandwidth technology. It downloads faster and is stable through walls. It equally features the newly upgraded Huawei self-developed Histen 6.1 3D sound effect and four large-amplitude speakers. Moreover, there is a massive 7250mAh battery onboard which can be charged via a USB-C port. The device features support for 22.5W super fast charging. The Honor V6 tablet also comes with a stylus pen having a 4096 level pressure sensitivity. As for the camera aspect, the Honor V6 packs a single 8-megapixels camera at the front. The tablet also sports a 13MP camera at the back.
