HMG Global is working on the upcoming Nokia 8.1 Plus, a new report says. The smartphone renders have revealed Nokia 8.1 Plus with a Full View Display having a punch hole in the screen for selfie camera at the top-left corner of the front. It’s not a completely big surprise. Samsung has brought this trend with the Galaxy A8s that’s the first smartphone with such punch hole selfie camera setup. It seems the Nokia brand has agreed to follow the latest mobile technology trends. Before it, HMD Global had copied the notch style of iPhone X with the Nokia 6.1 Plus.

Rumors are the Nokia 8.1 Plus will have a 6.2-inch Infinity Display with FHD+ resolution, Dual Rear Cameras, a regular Fingerprint Sensor, Qualcomm SD800 series chipset, Adreno GPU, 6/8 GB RAM, 64/128/256 GB Storage, and a longer life battery than standard Nokia 8.1 (2018). Other features may include a polished metal body with 156.9 x 76.2 x 7.9mm dimensions, USB-C port, loud stereo speakers, 3.5mm audio jack, and various beautiful body color options. The Nokia 8.1 Plus is said to be an Android One smartphone, running pure Android OS v9 Pie.

We are expecting the Nokia 8.1 Plus could make its debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019, starting from February 25 to March 5. The Expected Price of the Nokia 8.1 Plus in Chile would be about $600.
