The owners of Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL, who have received the January OTA update, affected by the Face Unlock malfunction, affected users see the following message “Can’t verify Face. Try Again,” When they gave feedback to Google, the tech giant offered two remedies. The first remedy is to Delete and Re-Enroll Face, and the second is to Factory Reset. Unfortunately, Some Pixel 4 owners reported they even could not remove the registered face to enroll again.
In the current situation, affected Pixel 4 duo owners should make use of a strong password or PIN to secure their device. Google is working on this issue, and we hope the problem will be solved soon via the next OTA update.
