Huawei sub-brand Honor is getting set to unveil its latest smartphone - Honor 30S. This device will launch on March 30 alongside the Kirin 820 5G chip. One of the biggest highlights of this phone is the Kirin 820 5G processor. Honor 30S is the first device to use this SoC. However, it appears that it will still come with a very good camera. Today (25-March), the vice president of the Honor business department on Weibo posts a camera sample of the device. According to the official information, Kirin 820 has flagship ISP 5.0 and industry-leading BM3D SLR image noise reduction technology. This provides a higher guarantee for the imaging quality of Honor 30S.

The image also confirmed that the upcoming smartphone would have a quad-camera setup. A new leak (by Digital Trend) hints that the camera setup on the Honor 30S will sport a 64-megapixel primary sensor and a telephoto camera that will be capable of 3X optical zoom. Based on the previous reports, the smartphone is expected to support 40W fast charging with a 10V and 4A power configuration. It could also get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and can get an LCD display instead of an AMOLED panel.
