Infinix mobility introduces the ZERO 4 Plus

Manufacturing fashionable smartphones with next gen technology since 2013, Infinix Mobility has been a new candidate in the smartphone market with its distribution in countries in Europe, Africa, US and Asia.

The company has launched a series of smartphone lines under the names of ZERO, NOTE, HOT and HOT S. The ZERO series has been a constant at giving solid performance with an elegant style. Launched back in November 2016, Infinix introduced its flagship models ZERO 4 and ZERO 4 Plus.

 

 

Known as THE CAMERA PHONE, the ZERO 4 plus comes highlighting the main catch of the device, its Camera, a 20.7MP armed with optical image stabilization and laser auto-focus at a fixed f/2.0 aperture. The camera set up boasts the possibility take crystal clear and sharp pictures and videos even in low light conditions. The laser autofocus is a feature that allows for seamless and accurate image focusing in the blink of an eye. The Sharp zoom capacity to 4 times the actual image means that you will be able to take detailed sharp images of subjects that are far from reach.

ZERO 4 plus is renowned for its camera features which include an array of professional photography modes found on the usual SLR cameras. The modes allow manual control of photography indices like shutter speed, exposure, ISO, white balance and macro.

 

 

No Camera phone is complete without an impressive front facing optical unit for taking selfies. The ZERO 4 plus features a 13MP camera fixed at f/2.2 and a front facing flash for those incidental low light moments. The camera is also armed with a panoramic selfie feature.

 

The design of ZERO 4 plus marks an elegant diamond textured metal unibody housing the components and protected by a 2.5D TP Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Sensors include the Smart vocal activation that allows phone activation from sleep mode by saying “Hello Infinix”, fingerprint sensors, compass, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, gravity and ambient light sensors.

The device is available in various colors: Champagne Gold, Lilac Grey, Filbert Brown, Galaxy Blue and Silver Purple.

 

In the department of hardware and software, ZERO 4 plus has a 5.98” screen displaying 1080p at 368 ppi. The device runs on Infinix custom XOS user interface based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio X20 Deca-core processor clocked at 2.1GHz paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory expandable to 128GB via microSD card that is integrated in the hybrid SIM slot. A 4000 mAh battery powers the device supported with Fast charge capabilities by XCharge 3A which gives 275 minutes of talk time after 10 minutes of charging via a USB v2.0 port.

Overall, the Infinix ZERO 4 plus is an impressive big brother of the ZERO 4 and delivers an equally impressive performance without issue. A smartphone that we’ll be happy to buy. Available in markets for around $290.
