Realme X50 Pro 5G will have 64MP quad-camera setup; Realme link app announced

Realme confirmed that its upcoming flagship smartphone – Realme X50 Pro 5G would go official on 24 February at an online event. The company has also revealed that the Realme X50 Pro 5G flagship smartphone will also launch in India on 24 February in New Delhi, and it will arrive as a first flagship 5G phone in the Indian market. Now, ahead of the official launch, the company has revealed yet another feature of the upcoming smartphone. In a new promotional teaser image shared by Realme on Weibo, it confirms that the phone will come with a 64MP quad-camera setup. The 64MP primary sensor will come with features like 20X hybrid zoom support; Realme’s SAT smooth zoom technology, seamless switching between photo and video mode, among others.

The brand recently confirmed that the Realme X50 Pro 5G would arrive with a Super AMOLED screen from Samsung with a refresh rate of 90Hz and E3 light-emitting material. As per the earlier reports, the phone will feature a Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the device will be fueled by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC along with the Snapdragon X55 5G modem that enables dual-mode 5G. It is also said to pack up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

On the other hand, Realme has announced a new application – Realme link app, for its upcoming IoT devices. With this application, users turn their smartphone into a control center. Users can view, operate, and control all Realme IoT phones right from the app.
