Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus launched

Samsung's flagship tablets, the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus have been launched alongside the phones with powerful and impressive hardware on board. The Tab S7 Plus has a glorious 12.4-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with HDR10+ support. The vanilla S7, on the other hand, comes with an IPS LCD measuring 11" in diagonal. Both devices have Snapdragon 865 Plus Chipset and are 5G compatible. The tablets have lots of bezel on all sides, four speakers situated at two edges, and a USB Type-C port for charging. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ as well as the S7 will start shipping in select markets on August 21.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 features an 11-inch LTPS LCD display with 274ppi pixel density, 2,560x1,600 pixels resolution, and 500nits peak brightness. The display panel supports 120Hz refresh rate, and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus, on the other hand, packs a larger 12.4-inch (1,752x2800 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 266ppi pixel density, 420nits peak brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate. Because of the OLED display panel, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The tablets powered by the 3.09GHz Snapdragon 865+ SoC, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The devices offer an expansion of storage using a microSD card. The cameras on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ are also identical. The dual camera setups have a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with f /2.2 aperture. Both can record 4K videos at 30fps. Upfront, both the tablets feature an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. Both the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus have S Pen with 9-millisecond latency and air gesture support. Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 packs an 7040 mAh battery, whereas the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus has a 10,090mAh battery.
