Vivo Z6 5G confirmed to launch with SDM 765G on February 29

Vivo has confirmed that the new mid-range 5G smartphone – Vivo Z6 5G will announce on February 29. The handset will be the successor to the Vivo Z5 that was launched in 2019 with Snapdragon 712 Chipset and 48MP triple camera setup. Vivo shared an image on Weibo, revealing the Z6 5G's design and some key specs.

According to the leaked poster by Vivo, the Vivo Z6 5G is confirmed to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G Chipset, which will come with an integrated 5G modem. The smartphone will support 44W ultra-flash fast charging feature and PC-class liquid cooling. The device will draw power from the 5,000 mAh battery. The Vivo Z6 5G is said to have a single punch-hole display on the front and square-shaped quad-camera setup on the rear panel for photography. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear side of the device, suggesting the display will be an LCD. Vivo Z6 5G is expected to run the Android 10 operating system overlaid with the company's latest layer and will come with Dual 4G VoLTE as well as dual-mode SA/NSA 5G connectivity. The smartphone with Snapdragon 765G SoC will compete with Realme X50 5G and Redmi K30 5G phones.
