Xiaomi Redmi K30 5G unveiled last year in China as the first smartphone with Snapdragon 765G Chipset. The 4G variant (Redmi K30) arrives in China with Snapdragon 730G SoC and also launched in India as a Poco X2. The rumor mill suggests that the Redmi K30 Pro will launch in March 2020 with a larger display and a massive battery than the predecessor. Today (05-February), a tipster – Digital Chat Station from China revealed some key information about the battery capacity and maximum charging rate of upcoming Redmi K30 Pro.

The leakster claims that the Redmi K30 Pro will have 4,700 mAh battery capacity that could support up to 33W for quick charging. The tipster quoted, “The battery of the Redmi K30 Pro engineering machine is a bit larger than I expected, about 4700 mAh battery, and the fast charge is the 33W mentioned earlier.” Recently, a Xiaomi charger with model numbers MDY-11-EF and MDY-11-EX has approved by the 3C certification agency. The charger is confirmed to support a maximum charging rate of 33W. Hence, there is a possibility that the Redmi K30 Pro could be shipped with a 33W charger. Furthermore, the phone may sport an OLED display with a high refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution.
