Huawei Honor 9 Youth Edition to debut on December 21

Huawei recently announced the release date of upcoming Honor 9 Youth Edition. The confirmation comes in form of weibo post by the Huawei’s official page of sub-brand, Honor. The Event will take place in brand’s home country, China. The weibo post also reveals that the Honor 9 Youth Edition will be released on December 21. The smartphone has already certified by TENAA.

 

 

As far as specs are concerned, Honor 9 Youth Edition is said to have 5.65 inches display of 18:9 aspect ratio, 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, Kirin 659 chipset, Octa core processor, dual 13MP + 20MP rear cameras, and 8MP selfie camera. Furthermore, the handset will be powered by Android 8.0 (Oreo) which is the latest OS of Android. There you will find a 2900mAh battery. It is rumored to be available in 32GB and 64GB storage variants. Both variants will sport 3GB and 4GB RAM respectively. The standard variant of Honor 9 Youth Edition will be priced at 1299 Yuan ($195) and the premium variant will be available for 1599 Yuan ($240).
