Today, we have reached the heights of incredible camera technology never before. There are less or above 25MP, 32MP, 48MP, 55MP, and up to 64MP camera lenses found in current smartphones. That present high-res 64-megapixels lens has developed by Samsung, while Sony is yet working on a 64MP sensor. But perhaps the thirst for achieving more and more converted into greed, and now the optics companies planning to introduce a lens above 100MP resolution for smartphones.

The latest report from a leakster on Twitter, ICE Universe surprised us by reporting the mobile phones are coming with 100+ megapixels sensor in 2020.

The source also revealed that upcoming phones 2020 will also achieve 10x optical zoom; we are not talking about present 10x hybrid zoom. Currently, there are mobiles with 5x optical zoom in the market, and it will be doubled by the New Year.

ICE Universe quoted “By the way, next year you will see on your smartphone: a 10x optical zoom camera and a 108MP camera.”

The source posted a phone render too in the same tweet. That render looks like Galaxy Note 10 module, and it is probably just made to curious for Note flagship. As it said the technology (108MP camera and 10x optical zoom) for which Universe talking about will be launched in the coming year. Samsung didn’t announce anything on such material, and until now only 5x optical zoom camera has developed.

Samsung Note 10 is preparing to launch alongside Note 10+ and Note 10 5G on August 7. For right now, we can at least expect 10x lossless (5x optical) zoom camera and a 48MP or 64MP main photography senor from the top line Note 10 series.
