Nokia X71 with 48MP Camera Unveiled

Today (on April 2), HMD Global has unwrapped the Nokia X71 in Taiwan, the first Nokia X-series phone to launch outside of China. It is reported to be known as Nokia 8.1 Plus for the rest of the world. The mid-range Nokia X71 Price starts at TWD 11,900 which translates to $385 for the standard variant. The sales will begin on April 30, 2019.

It is the first Nokia smartphone to feature a hole-punch 16MP Selfie Camera above an Infinity FHD+ Display of 6.39inches, and over 93% screen-to-body ratio along 19.5:9 viewing aspect.

Nokia X71 or 8.1 Plus has Zeiss-branded Triple Rear Snappers and the high-res one is a 48MP wide-angle, while two others are 8MP ultrawide and 5MP depth lenses. The combo not exact but approaches Nokia 9 PureView’s Photography in some cases. It is capable of capturing OIS stabilized pictures, and record the best moments of you, friends, and family.

The Nokia X71 is driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 6 GB RAM, and there’s a massive storage of 128 GB. A microSD slot is made functional to add external memory up to 256 GB.

Fingerprint Sensor is disagreed to leave its home at the back, and 3.5 mm jack is there too, luckily. Android One smartphone, the Nokia X71 houses a non-removable 3,500 mAh battery, that is compatible with 18W Fast Charge.
