Apple will start production for its low-cost iPhone SE successor in February. According to the newly leaked information by Bloomberg, the iPhone 9 will launch in March 2020 as a successor variant of predecessor iPhone SE. Some reports have claimed that it could be arriving in the market as the iPhone SE 2. The recently leaked renders suggested that the iPhone SE 2 will resemble the iPhone 8 when it comes to the design. According to the leaked renders that were published by OnLeaks a few days ago, the iPhone 9 / SE 2 is expected to sport a 4.7 inches display with a thick bezel on top and an equally thick chin.

Apple might be used a Liquid Retina LCD instead of a more expensive XDR OLED Retina display to keep the cost down. The iPhone SE 2 will have an aspect ratio of 16:9 along with a physical fingerprint scanner on the chin. The power button is said to be located on the right side while the left bezel will have volume rockers. The device may have a single camera with an LED flash on the top left corner, with the iconic Apple logo located in the center. Furthermore, the iPhone SE 2 / 9 is rumored to power by Bionic A13 Chipset and coupled with up to 3GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage.
