Lenovo has been teasing on the arrival of its Legion gaming phone, but it is yet to confirm the launch date for it. Some reports have claimed that the smartphone will be going official in the third quarter of this year. It appears that the launch of the Lenovo gaming phone could be drawing near as it has received approval from the 3C authority of China.

The Lenovo L79031 3C listing shows that it is a 5G smartphone. The 3C appearance also mentions a 45W charger. In April, the Chinese firm confirmed that the phone will be coming with 90W fast charging. So, there is a possibility that the company could be providing a 45W charger in the retail box of the device and it could be separately selling a 90W fast charger for it. In May, the company had teased that the Lenovo Legion gaming phone is built to operate in horizontal orientation. There is a pop-up selfie camera on the side of the device. There are two cameras nearly at the center position of the back panel of the device. The Legion Phone is powered by Snapdragon 865 mobile platform and it is expected to come with advanced liquid-cooling technology. The phone has reportedly crossed 600,000 points in AnTuTu benchmarks.
