Redmi K30 Pro will launch in March with SDM 865 Chipset

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is planning to announce its flagship smartphone, which will be called as Redmi K30 Pro. Its predecessor Redmi K20 Pro was well received by the users, and now its successor K30 Pro is creating the same hype among the customers. And, now, we have some confirmed news regarding its launch timeline and processor.

Recently, the company has confirmed that the Redmi K30 Pro will launch next month with 5G connectivity. The confirmation comes from Xiaomi’s Vice President and Redmi Brand’s General Manager, Lu Weibing. However, the poster didn’t reveal a specific launch date. In the same poster, it is seen that the phone doesn’t have a punch-hole camera, which confirms that the handset may have a pop-up selfie camera. Moreover, in a follow-up post, Lu weibing has confirmed that the Xiaomi Redmi K30 Pro will come with the Qualcomm flagship processor – Snapdragon 865 that bundled with X55 5G modem for dual-mode (NSA and SA) 5G connectivity.

On the other hand, a reliable tipster (Digital Chat Station), also reveals some more details about the upcoming smartphone. The phone claimed to have a large capacity battery, and the weight balanced on the device is said to be “much better than expected.” It is also expected to support Wi-Fi 6, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.0 storage.
