Huawei Y9 2019 comes with a bigger Full View Display of 6.5inches, however, the Honor 10 Lite sports a 6.21inches screen. Both have the same IPS LCD Display, 80% screen-to-body ratio, 19.5:9 viewing aspects, and 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution that provides a bit higher brightness to Huawei Y9 while slightly lower to honor 10 Lite. In the case of single and multi-core performances, the Y9 2019 version is a bit faster. The Y9 got 1611 scores for single-core and 5535 for multi-core efficiency whereas the Honor 10 Lite received 1539 scores for single-core and 5502 for multi-core performance.
You can experience identical smooth gaming performance with both Huawei smartphones. The AI Gaming Assistant with EMUI 9 of the honor device performs a little better. Graphical results are clear and you can play animated games easily.
For memory, you can select either Y9 (2019) or 10 Lite. Both handsets have 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM for the standard model while 6GB RAM and 128GB Storage for the premium version. MicroSD card slot is available equally for storage expansion up to 400GB.

16MP Vs 13MP, Camera Wrestling
Huawei Y9 2019 boasts Dual 16MP plus 2MP Rear Cameras while the Honor 10 Lite comes with Dual 13MP plus 2MP Back Optics. The 2MP lens with f/2.4 aperture is the same in both so that the depth details in images offer similar results to each other. However, photography results showed a great difference. The 13MP lens with a wider f/1.8 aperture of Honor 10 Lite offers better photography than Y9 with each camera setting e.g. Auto mode, HDR mode, and AI mode. Though the Huawei Y9 (2019) has a higher 16-Megapixel lens but less wide f/2.0 aperture which loses its importance in comparison to the honor smartphone for taking brilliant shots.
With the Honor 10 Lite, you can take higher resolution Ultra HD images without losing their standard quality and admirable zooming perspective. But, the Y9 can shoot only Full HD images.
The Low-light shots are also nicely captured by the honor device. On the other side, if you use Y9 2019 you can create brilliant images, but not as splendid as that of its competitor.
Portrait mode is quite good with both Huawei phones which have AI Scene Recognition support for 500 scenes.

Huawei Y9 (2019) is a better smartphone with a Decent Design, Bigger Display, a little higher CPU performance, and Longer Lasting Battery. Vice versa the Honor 10 Lite is better with the Latest Software, Superior Camera Photography, Selfie Capturing, and best offers in pricing.
If you are a guy having gaming passion, the Huawei Y9 (2019) is your choice. Oppose to the earlier statement, if you are a camera lover then you should select Honor 10 Lite having Android 9.0 Pie, 24MP Selfie, flagship-level hardware performance, and cheap price.
