Xiaomi has been making lot of comments about its two new products MI Note and Mi Note Pro and presently they are in the media with lot of traffic on them. They look great in pictures and specs they seem to be good model of technology and new features which are not present in other products competing them. Here are the features they contain.
Slim, Light and compact than iPhone 6 Plus
Both these device are 6.95 mm thick and weigh only 161 grams. They are technology packed thinner, lighter than their competitor iPhone 6 Plus that is 7.1 mm thick and weighs 172 grams. Even in other dimensions Mi Note and Mi Note Pro have more proportionate measurements, 155.1 x 77.6mm, while the iPhone 6 Plus measures 158.1 x 77.8mm. in these dimensions Xiaomi’s smartphones carry more hardware components and have bigger displays than Apple’s so far thinnest smartphone. This way we can say Xiaomi has surpassed iPhone 6 Plus in expertise in making these devices.
Curvature Gorilla Glass 3 screens
Corning has announced to make the special Gorilla Glass displays that is curved and strong in protecting the device screen against scratches. The Xiaomi Mi Note and Mi Note Pro both are going to have this curved glass display of 5.7 inches in size. It looks really attractive and the screen is so flexible that it can bend up to 75 to 80 degrees. Xiaomi has not bent it to that extent but only are the corners to make the screen pretty and uniform look and Xiaomi is going to be the first one to use this curved glass from Corning. However Corning has launched its product in market we can expect others also using this glass in the current year.
Massive 4 GB LPDDR RAM in Mi Note Pro
ASUS Zenfone 2 is the first one to power its devices with 4GB RAM and the LG G Flex 2 was the first to sport LPDDR4 RAM modules. However Mi Note Pro is the first one to use both these features in their Mi 4 Pro. LPDDR4 is 50 percent better in performance and very economical in use of battery power.
Single handed mode
Both these devices from Xiaomi are very handy and convenient to use with one hand because of the features built in their make. The placement of control buttons is experience based and made users friendly. The placement of buttons is at logical locations to operate them conveniently when the users using the device. The main focus is on one hand use which keeps the other hand free.
Ultra Pixel front camera
The Mi Note pair is probably the first Xiaomi duo to have 4Mega Pixel UltraPixel front cameras. The feature first introduced by HTC and after that many devices followed the same tradition and adopted by many others. Some examples include IUNI U3. It has the large camera sensor than the rest 2mega pixel, allowing to absorb more light. This ultra pixel camera did not work as the main rear camera but proved an effective photographic device for the selfies even in low light conditions.
Two Tone flash Light
Xiaomi Mi Note and Mi Note Pro are fitted with Phillips dual-tone flash which captures two shots of what users are capturing the image. One lit by a white LED light and one lit with a yellow LED light and then combining the two into a composite single image with natural colors than a single-diode flash. This technology is not new and was discovered much earlier and used for quite some time but with more research Philips has added some new technical aspects and made it better.

Koreans and Japanese had mastered many things in technology but now Chinese are not far behind in development of hardware for the mobiles phones and other devices. They are using their indigenous productions in making their products. There is a feature in the smartphones that emits blue light that has the effect of anti sleeping but Chinese have improved this feature by eliminating it in their new devices Mi Note and Mi Note Pro and filtered it to make the user experience better. Similarly they have improved selfies as well.

Both the Mi Note and its Pro have been provided with much better audio profile and pushed mobile audio fidelity to new dimensions by dedicating a more space to a perfect sound module. It's paired with not one, but two TI OPA1612 operational amplifiers giving the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro the uncanny ability to drive up to 600ohm headphones. The SD 810 has the capability of fast internet speed and connectivity. This SoC and the Mi Note Pro make an ideal combination.
