Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi Mi CC9e, Mi CC9, and Mi CC9 Pro smartphones in China last year. Rumors have claimed that the upcoming Xiaomi Mi CC10 series will debut in the coming month. A Russian tech site has revealed that the Xiaomi Mi CC10 will have a 108-megapixel camera and it will arrive with support for 120x digital zoom.

Well-known tipster Xiaomishka has mentioned on the Russian tech blog that the upcoming Mi CC10 is codenamed as CAS. In order to provide users with 120x zoom on the Xiaomi Mi CC10, the Chinese tech giant will be using the same technology that is available on the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition that offers 50x digital zoom. The phone is also expected to arrive with support for 12x optical zoom. The handset will use the 108-megapixel Samsung lens as the main camera. However, it won’t be the Samsung HM1 108-megapixel lens that the company used in the past for its smartphones like Xiaomi Mi 10 series and Mi CC9 Pro. It is likely to feature the new and improved Samsung HM2 108-megapixel sensor. The leak further states that the smartphone may have Snapdragon 775 SoC that will bring support for 5G connectivity. The handset is also expected to carry support for NFC.
