Huawei Y7a unveiled with a 6.67-inch display and 5,000mAh battery

Huawei has quietly launched a new mid-range smartphone known as the Huawei Y7a across several Asian markets. The handset comes with a 5,000mAh battery, Kirin 710A chipset, quad rear cameras, Full HD+ display, and more. The smartphone is available in three color options including Midnight Black, Crushed Green, and Blush Gold.

The Huawei Y7a has a gradient finish at the back panel with a quad-camera setup. The front offers a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The right side has volume controls and a power button, which also acts as a fingerprint sensor. It features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS display with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 710A octa-core processor. The SoC is paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB storage. For photography experience, the quad rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel (f/1.8 aperture) primary shooter, 8-megapixel (f/2.4 aperture) ultra-wide lens, 2-megapixel (f/2.4 aperture) macro camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4 aperture) depth sensor. On the front, you get an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Huawei Y7a runs EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 OS.
