Lenovo K12 and K12 Pro officially launched

As scheduled, Lenovo has officially unveiled its two budget-friendly smartphones – Lenovo K12 and K12 Pro in China. Both phones offer Qualcomm Snapdragon Chipset and come with 4GB of RAM. The standard Lenovo K12 comes in Navy Blue and Gray colors while K12 Pro offers in Electric Violet and Metallic Sage colors. The first sale of both devices will be on December 12.

The Lenovo K12 has a water-drop notch at the front, and a squircle shaped dual-camera setup at the back. It comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication. The phone features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC. The SoC is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. In terms of optics, Lenovo K12 houses a dual rear camera setup which includes a 48MP main lens with f/1.7 aperture, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front panel, it has a 8MP sensor for selfies. Lenovo K12 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and Android 10 OS.

Lenovo K12 Pro, on the other hand, features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD HD+ display with a punch-hole design. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC that is paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. There is a triple rear setup which includes a 64MP f/1.79 main sensor a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, there is a 16MP f/2.2 selfie shooter. It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Lenovo K12 Pro has a 6,000 mAh battery that can support up to 20W for fast charging. The device also supports 2.5W OTG reverse charging.
