The Realme 8 5G is coming on April 21, the Chinese company revealed via its social media account. The new Realme phone will be a 5G variant of Realme 8 that debuted in India last month. The Realme 8 5G is teased to have a gradient back finish. In addition, the phone has also received Geekbench certification with RMX3241 model number.

Realme 8 5G in Jamaica
According to the Geekbench listing, the Realme 8 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G processor. The phone with RMX3241 model number will come with 8GB RAM and Android 11 operating system. The device managed to score 570 points in the single-core test and 1,766 in the multi-core test. A teaser video has also been posted on the Facebook page that gives us a glimpse of the upcoming Realme 8 5G smartphone.

The video shows the Realme 8 5G from its back having a gradient finish in a black shade. The phone doesn't carry the ‘Dare to Leap' tagline that is featured on the Realme 8. The teaser video also reveals that, unlike the 4G variant, the Realme 8 5G will have a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor. The regular Realme 8 comes with a quad rear camera setup with a 64MP primary shooter.
