Samsung is a smartphone leading brand and this company recently released Galaxy S8 and S8 PLUS Flagships. Those who already pre-order this smartphone are getting and using this handset. Korean said that Galaxy S8 and S8 PLUS’s screen have a red hue. Many other people who get this smartphone also complained that it have red-tinted screens defects. Samsung reply that red hue displays are not fault and by adjusting color range of display users can solve this problem easily.
After Korea now, Samsung receiving complaints on US launch about red screen issue of Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 PLUS. You can watch Galaxy S8 and S8 PLUS’s red-tinted screen pictures on social media accounts like facebook, twitter and google plus etc where a lot of people posted its defected pictures. Some people exchange this phone with company but found this fault in both devices. The Company says that red tint issue is not a new fact and appeared before in Google Nexus 5 and Apple iPhone 7 which was showing yellowish display.
Several reasons could cause for this coloring issue such as some people says that performance of the chip SoC is attached to the OLED panel which adjusts the screen’s color functioning could be to blame and some speaks that hardware issues and numerous display setting are could cause for this red-tinted display. Samsung said in an email that he is receiving many complaints about new Galaxy S8 and S8 PLUS’s display.
Before that, Samsung had lost his consumer trust after its costly recall last year of 3 million Galaxy Note 7 devices due to overheating batteries.
Now, Samsung is facing difficult time and needs a flawless start for its most recent Flagships to help win back customer trust.
