Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro moniker appears on MIUI Gallery App

Chinese phone maker Xiaomi recently launched its flagship smartphone Mi 11 in China. It is the first smartphone in the world to come with recently launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. Now the company is working on Mi 11 Pro flagship phone. A few days ago, reputable tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that Xiaomi may unveil this phone in February 2021. Today, a new report by XDA Developers state that it has found some evidence that proves that the company is working on Mi 11 Pro model.

According to the publication (XDA Developers), its senior member, Kacskrz, found evidence of the existence of the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro in the MIUI Gallery source code. The tipster also finds evidence that the Mi 11 Pro has a curved screen. The vanilla Xiaomi Mi 11 has a 6.81-inch four-sided curved AMOLED display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The upcoming Mi 11 Pro could be featuring the same display.

As per the previous rumors, Mi 11 Pro is speculated to have a 4,970mAh battery with 55W fast charging support and come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone is also expected to have an upgraded camera setup over what's there on Mi 11.
