Recent reports have revealed Samsung is working on the Galaxy S20 Lite (Fan Edition). The phone is expected to succeed the Galaxy S10 Lite phone that debuted at the beginning of this year. The S20 Lite (Fan Edition) that will be arriving as a budget-friendly model of the Galaxy S20 series is said to be fueled by the Snapdragon 865+ SoC. An Exynos variant of the smartphone has been appeared on Geekbench. This indicates that the phone could be arriving in Snapdragon and Exynos processor versions for different markets.

The Geekbench listing confirms that the Galaxy S20 Lite that has a model number of SM-G780F is powered by Exynos 990 chipset. The SoC is coupled with 8 GB of RAM and it will run on Android 10 OS. In the single-core test of Geekbench 5, Samsung Galaxy S20 Lite (Fan Edition) has scored 588 points and it recorded a score of 2448 in the multi-core test.

The phone is also expected to arrive in 6 GB RAM. It may come with 128 GB of native storage. A few weeks ago, reliable tipster Evan Blass shared a render of the front side of the Samsung S20 Lite. The render shows that the phone may have a centered punch-hole for selfie camera. Rumors have it that the screen will offer a 120Hz refresh rate. The rear camera setup of the phone will have a 12-megapixel Sony IMX555 primary sensor. It may come with a 32-megapixel front camera. The device is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery.
