Samsung Galaxy Quantum 2 camera specs and design revealed

The phone maker Samsung will soon launch the Galaxy Quantum 2, the successor to last year’s Galaxy Quantum, in South Korea. The company could unveil it as the Galaxy A82 in other markets worldwide. Today (12-Apr-21), Samsung Quantum 2 has appeared in a live video that reveals its front and rear design. The camera specifications of the upcoming phone have also been revealed through an unboxing video.

Samsung Galaxy Quantum 2 appears to have a curved screen, a metal body, and a matte back design. It will have a triple-camera setup at the rear. At the front, the Galaxy Quantum 2 will have a punch-hole-shaped cutout on the screen to accommodate the selfie camera. The rear-facing camera setup is said to include a 64MP wide-angle camera with OIS and F1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultra-wide camera with F2.2 aperture, and a 5MP depth sensor with F2.4 aperture. The power and volume buttons are on the right side of the Galaxy Quantum 2. However, it lacks a dedicated headphone jack. Its SIM card slot is at the top. Its box will also have a 15W fast charger and a USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable. The phone is rumored to feature an IP67 rating.
