Xiaomi Mi 11 unveiled with SDM 888 SoC and 108MP triple camera setup

Xiaomi today announced Mi 11, a flagship smartphone with an affordable price tag. The Mi 11 is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor which delivers 10-25% better performance when compared to the previous generation Snapdragon 865 processor. It comes in Blue, White, and Black colors. There’s also a special leather edition that will be offered in orange and purple colors.

Xiaomi Mi 11 features a 6.81-inch E4 AMOLED QHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, punch-hole cutout, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The phone also comes with a dedicated MEMC chip that is claimed to upscale SD content to HD quality. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 custom skin.

For photography experience, the Mi 11 has a triple rear camera setup which includes a 108MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP telephoto-macro camera. It has support for MEMC video frame technology, OIS, real-time SDR to HDR, and video super-resolution support. On the front is a 20-megapixel selfie camera. There is an under-display fingerprint sensor. Xiaomi Mi 11 packs a 4,600mAh battery with 55W wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
