Nokia has lost major mobile market since the last decade. Now, the brand is being aggressive with any firm on its way to 5G patenting. If Nokia won, it will benefit from patenting fees and licensing fee and will get major contracts. In an earlier case, Lenovo and Nokia reached an agreement. But this time, Oppo retaliate with a counter lawsuit. This is interesting how this legal dispute will end, whom the patent holder or whom the license holder.
