Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus receive stable Android 10 update with January security patch

Samsung has released the stable Android 10 update for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. Currently, the new firmware update is rolling out in Germany and the USA, and it should also arrive in other countries soon. According to SamMobile, the Android 10 update has a size between 1.8GB and 1.9GB, and it can be downloaded via OTA from the phone’s Settings » Software update menu. The new update for the Samsung S9 and S9 Plus has a January security patch, system-wide dark mode, new full-screen gestures, a built-in screen recorder, and the improved privacy and notification control.
