Introduction

Samsung, the world's leading brand of mobile products, has launched a new mid-range smartphone – Samsung Galaxy A41 with a high-performance camera that makes it easy to press the shutter. A mid-range model ‘Galaxy A41’ is a compact, slim, beautifully designed, but also full-featured function. The handset, which succeeds the Galaxy A40, comes with a slew of upgrades. Samsung’s latest Galaxy A41 has a triple rear camera setup and features a 25-megapixel selfie snapper. The Galaxy A41 flaunts an Infinity-U Display design with a waterdrop notch, much like its predecessor. The phone is an IP68-rated, which means it is dust and waterproof to a good extent. Samsung Galaxy A41 has been listed on the NTT DoCoMo website in Japan recently. The phone comes in Black, White, and Blue colors. According to the company, “the product will be delivered to NTT DOCOMO (hereafter, DOCOMO) and will be sold at docomo shops, docomo online shops, and consumer electronics retailers nationwide from June 2020.” Samsung Galaxy A41 costs $250 for 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage model.

In terms of design, Samsung Galaxy A41 looking nice with a water-drop notch display and a vertically shaped triple rear camera setup. Samsung claims, “Approximately 70mm in width, a compact size that fits easily in one hand and a thin, sophisticated, beautiful design that you will want to pick up.” The new mid-range device is a waterproof and dustproof performance (IP68) that can be used anywhere. It has a power button and volume rockers on the right bezel. There is no place for the fingerprint sensor on the backside, which means you’ll enjoy under-display fingerprint technology. Let’s talk about the display of the phone; Samsung Galaxy A41 features a 6.1-inch display that provides a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. With a powerful large screen of about 6.1 inches, an aspect ratio of 20: 9 is adopted; the phone has 89 percent screen occupancy. The display employs an organic EL screen (Super AMOLED) to maximize the appeal of video content while maintaining the vividness of the photos and videos taken. With an in-display fingerprint sensor, the lock screen can be released by simply touching the screen.

Front and rear cameras

Samsung Galaxy A41 has a triple camera setup on its back panel. The triple camera setup houses a 48MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter with f/2.2 aperture, and a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The high-resolution camera with 48 million pixels can shoot beautiful pictures with high definition. Even if you pinch and enlarge it, you can enjoy it without losing the sharpness of the photo. Additionally, you can change the camera mode with one tap according to the subject and the shooting scene. If you use a super wide-angle camera of 123 degrees, which is almost the same as the human viewing angle, you can also capture beautiful pictures at a dynamic range. Moreover, the camera is equipped with a depth positioning camera, which makes it easy to take pictures with a blurred background like a single-lens reflex camera. Samsung A41 can record 4k and Full HD videos at 30fps.

For selfie experience, there is a 25MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture and 0.9µm pixels. With a 25MP sensor, you can enjoy the desired selfie by combining the beautiful skin mode. Equipped with a "scene discrimination function" that discriminates the shooting target and optimizes the camera settings according to the scene and a "retake alert function" that discriminates camera shake, anyone can take the best quality selfies with natural skin tones. You can record Full HD videos at 30fps by using its 25MP selfie shooter.

Battery, Software, processor

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy A41 is fueled by MediaTek Helio P65 Chipset, which is constructed on a 12nm Octa-core processor (2x2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.7 GHz Cortex-A55). Equipped with an octa-core CPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB ROM in a thin body, you can enjoy videos and the latest games without stress.

There is a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, and connectivity is handled by 4G LTE as well as NFC for contactless payments. The phone runs the Android 10 operating system customized with One UI 2 layer.
