Honor 30S new posters showcase a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole display

At 19:00 on the evening of March 30, Honor will hold an online new product launch event. As we know that, at this event, it will launch the Honor 30S. This is the company’s first new smartphone in 2020, which will power by a new 5G SoC, the Kirin 820. Though there are still two days left before the launch conference, the company revealed the actual look of the phone. Today (28-March), the phone manufacturer shared the Honor 30S posters on Weibo, which are showcasing the front and rear design.

The first teaser poster showcases the back of the phone, which houses a quad-camera setup at the top left corner. The cameras are arranged in a rectangular block in a symmetrical manner with three sensors on one side separated by a line with a single sensor, LED flash as well as AI branding on the other side. Further, the rear panel of the device features a gradient design inspired by the wings of butterflies as per the brand executive. The second teaser poster reveals the right side of Honor 30S housing volume rockers and power key with an integrated fingerprint sensor. The last poster shows the front look of the phone. It’s officially called the ‘Magic Eye Full View Screen.’ Xiong Junmin, vice president of the Honor Business Department, said: “Magic Eye Full View Screen of the Honor 30S will bring you a higher screen ratio and a more comprehensive visual perception.” The poster confirms that it will have a punch-hole display design.
