HMD Global has announced the Nokia C1. Currently, Nokia has unveiled C1 in Kenya, and the handset features a polycarbonate body. Concerning its design, it looks like the Nokia 1 Plus, which is also an Android Go entry-level phone. However, the Nokia C1 has some differences like – it has a hole for a speaker on the back just like the Nokia 1 Plus, but the hole is one the left side rather than on the right side. The Nokia C1 also offers an LED on the front alongside the selfie camera.

Moreover, it has 5.45 inches display (like Nokia 1 Plus) with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels, and it supports the quad-core processor. The phone has a 5MP rear shooter with an LED and another 5MP camera on the front. On the other hand, the predecessor Nokia 1 Plus has an 8MP rear camera as well as a 5MP selfie sensor. Under the hood, it has 1GB of RAM and 16GB native storage and also packs a 2,500 mAh battery.

The Nokia C1 has recently available for purchase in Kenya with two color variants – Black and Red. As expected, it will be unveiled across Africa, the Middle East, and APAC regions in the coming days.
