Samsung Galaxy A21s goes official with 6.5 inch OLED display and 5,000 mAh battery

Samsung has finally taken the wraps off its next Galaxy A series smartphone, called the Galaxy A21s. The handset that made headlines quite a few times in the last couple of weeks will be available for purchase starting next month, the South Korean company confirmed today. Samsung promises the Galaxy A21s will offer premium features at an affordable price.

The phone has a 6.5-inch HD+ AMOLED display with an Infinity-O panel housing a punch-hole camera on the top-left. The A21s measures 75.3mm x 163.7mm x 8.9mm and weighs 192gm. As far as color options go, the phone will be available in Black, White, Red, and Blue color options. Under the hood, the Galaxy A21s has a new octa-core Exynos 850 SoC with a maximum clock rate of 2.0GHz. Memory options on the device happen to be ranging from 3GB to 6GB and the storage options are up to 64GB with the option to expand up to 512GB. On the back panel, the Galaxy A21s has a quad-camera layout in an L-shaped housing. The main sensor happens to be a 48MP snapper supported by an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there is a 13MP camera with f/2.2 aperture housed in the punch-hole. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. There is a capacitive fingerprint sensor on the back that can be used for authentication purposes.
