Motorola hold the event on 4th September in Chicago. In the event it is expected that the company will proof its worth and stand in completion with Samsung and Apple. This event coincides with IFA Berlin tech show. We may not be very sure about all the details of the products to be displayed in the event. There are rumors that MOTO G2, MOTO X+1 and MOTO 360 smartwatch are likely to make the debut.
However it is in the rumors that Motorola is silently working on the latest version of Nexus. The latest version might be called “Shamu”. Some resources reveal the fact that Google and Motorola are working together on next generation Nexus device. Presently they have code named it “Shamu” and the handset might have a 5.9 inches large display.
Another source has strengthened the rumor about Motorola’s Shamu that was sent to India for demonstration, test and trail. This happen on 20th August. Zauba further quoted another source vide a news on another website and affirmed the presence of Shamu in India with a price of 34928 INR along with this the presences of XT 1112 is also confirmed.
If Shamu is given the model number XT 1112, it is not very strange because Motorola has the tradition of using such model numbers for example Moto E - XT 1022; Moto G - XT 1033; Moto G2 - XT 1068; Moto X - XT 1055 ; Moto X+1 - XT 1097. As much information we have we can confirmed with confidence that the upcoming ‘Shamu' handset closely matches Moto X+1. There may be some differences that we are not sure of. We shall let our readers know what ever we get to know more about this handset.
