Presently Galaxy Note 4 is out in the market in China and is fairly popular among the users who are giving a good business to the company. Seeing this trend the company has made three different versions of this Note which are dual SIM and launched in Chinese markets. These three versions are SM-N9109W for China Telecom, the other is SM-N9106W for China Unicom and the third is SM-N9108V, a SIM free handset.
According to the news source there is as special feature in all these three handsets. They all have two SIM card slots. The slot for SIM 1 is dedicated to 4G connectivity over TDD-LTE and FDD LTE. The second slot supports connectivity on 2G only whereas the SIM free handset will be able to connect on 4G network on any carrier and there services. The price of SIM free handset has been fixed as $880, in local currency CNY 5400. The price of the other two versions is yet not announced and known. All the three versions support a micro SIM.
This has been a practice with Samsung to replicate a flagship smartphones and following the same practice they launched dual SIM version of the flagship only for the Chinese market. The flagships Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy S5 have been offered in dual SIM in the recent past for Chinese market. Chinese are fond of dual SIM handsets and they prefer having these handsets. It has set a trend for the company and given them the way to make good business. Hopefully the three variants of Galaxy Note 4 with dual SIM will also be popular in the Chinese markets and the company would make good business.
The Galaxy Note 4 Duos not have the same specifications as the regular single SIM Galaxy Note 4. They are pre installed with on board memory of 16GB and a 3000mAh battery provides the source of energy. On the contrary the regular single SIM Galaxy Note 4 has 32GB storage capacity and is energized with 3220mAh battery and bears a price tag of CNY 5200 in China.
We have no information about its availability everywhere. We do not know whether the dual SIM version of Galaxy Note 4 Duos would be restricted to China only or would be dominating trans border markets as well. According to a news source Galaxy Note 4 Duos may enter other Asian markets in future but not very far off. It is likely that Samsung would not neglect the massive market of India. Generally people prefer dual SIM mobiles and similarly Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Duos all versions would definitely be successful in all these markets.
