Hardware is a very basic component in any device and there are lots of competitors in the market offering a lot to the users in a cheap price. Sony tries the same and wants to beat the rivals and prove that they are the best. The company has a plan to reveal the handset with good configuration in affordable price. The upcoming handset is known as Xperia Z3. The specification of the upcoming handset is similar with the older one “Xperia Z2”. Sony has a press event after two weeks it is expected that the handset will take the official place during the press event. According to the press event schedule the handset makes the appearance in TENAA in China. The handset is listed with different model numbers according to the network carriers. The handset listed model numbers are L55t and L55u.
As per previous news Xperia Z3 has a code name "L55t". L55t from TENAA supports TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE network and the L55u model supports WCDMA and TD-LTE network. The detailed specifications mentioned as Xperia Z3 has a 5.2 inches full HD display and is powered with 2.5GHz Quad Core processor with Qualcomm MSM8974AC chipset and Adreno 330 GPU. This is the Android based handset so the handset runs Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. The Sony placed 3GB RAM and 16 GB in built memory inside the handset. The in-built memory can be extended with the help of microSD card. The handset has a 20.7 mega pixel rear and 2 mega pixel front facing camera
The handset has similar specifications like Xperia Z2. The main changes made by the company are the upcoming handset is design of the handset. The handset has a slim body and is light in weight. There is no protective feature mentioned anywhere. Elder one is protected with IP55/IP58 so it is expected that the new upcoming handset also has the same protection power against the water and dust.
There are no words about the price of the handset heard from anywhere. Sony holds the press event on 3rd September and they have a plan to reveal the price of the handset during the press event.
