Today (7-January) at CES 2020, Alcatel has just announced a bunch of affordable smartphones. The company unveiled Alcatel 3L, 1S, 1V, and 1B mobile phones, and these are all new smartphones. The Alcatel 3L and 1S have a triple rear camera setup while the 1V has a dual and a low-end 1B arrive with the single rear camera.
Alcatel 3L
It is the high-end version of the bunch, and it has a triple camera setup on the back, including a 48MP Samsung GM1 Quad Bayer sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a 5MP ultra-wide sensor with 115-degree Field Of View and a 2MP macro shooter with f/2.4 aperture. The Alcatel 3L comes with a 6.22 inches IPS HD+ LCD, and Alcatel calls its “Vast Display.” The phone runs on Android 10 OS and powered by MediaTek MT6762 SoC with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. There is a 4,000 mAh battery and Chameleon Blue, Dark Chrome, and Agate Green color options. The Alcatel 3L will be arriving in Q1 2020 in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa with a starting price of $155.
Alcatel 1S
This device also has a triple camera setup on the back panel, but it offers a 13MP F/1.8 aperture primary sensor instead of a 48MP sensor. The other two sensors are a 5MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro unit with f/2.4 aperture. Like Alcatel 3L, it also features a 6.22 inches HD+ display and packs a 4,000 mAh battery. It offers 3GB of RAM, and 32GB internal storage and color options include Agate Green and Power Grey. According to the brand, Alcatel 1S will available in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa for about $110.
Alcatel 1V
The Alcatel 1V, which is the third phone, has the same body and also houses a 4,000 mAh battery. You’ll get a dual rear camera setup of 13MP main lens and the 5MP ultra-wide sensor. Chipset is the same as the 1S (MT6762D), but memory is 2GB RAM and 32GB storage. The Alcatel 1V will go on sale in select countries – Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa in Q1 2020 at $88 price.
Alcatel 1B
The Alcatel 1B is the cheapest phone and flaunts a 5.5 inches 720 x 1440 pixel display. Under the hood, the phone has a QM215 Chipset, a Quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB onboard storage. The Alcatel 1B is running the latest lightweight Android 10 Go edition, and it has a single camera on the back. The Alcatel 1B will be available in select countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa in Q1 2020 with a starting price of $66.
